At Strand Theory Hair Care we are committed to providing the best hair care products. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. If you purchase during a sale please allow 3-7 days for processing.

We only ship Monday-Friday, standard shipping is 3-5 days. If you receive your order and it is damaged , please take a picture of how your order arrived and a picture of the damaged product  and email strandtheoryhealthyhair@gmail.com to receive a replacement order.
